Review Detail

An early release Chardonnay that is more about the fruit than a veil of winemaker influence. As expected the wine is just stained yellow in the glass with a nose of peach, apple and meyer lemon. The palate has crunchy green apple and lemon in spades with just enough peach and almond meal texture to provide contrast with taut acidity to finish.

Drinking well in it’s youth, but will also reward a few years cellaring.
