Review Detail
2017 Allegiance Wines Unity Yarra Valley Chardonnay
Wine Rating
91
A light yellow in the glass with some mealy richness with touches of balanced almond and white peach.
An attractive wine with curves in the right places, there is a fullness of stone fruits that are set against a gentle thread of almond meal with some grapefruit inspired texture. There is a lemony acidity that works well against the richer stone fruits and candied apple, the finish has good length and will continue to evolve over the next few years.
