2008 Oakdene Chardonnay
Wine Rating

94
Slightly developed yellow in colour, the nose shows excellent varietal characters of gun flint and fig. The front palate has slightly sour edged fruit that adds interest, texture and complexity to the wine. In the mid to back palate there is toasted almond and high quality oak influences. The finish is long, and lingers with stone fruits and buttery complexity.
