Review Detail
2018 Burton McMahon D'Aloisio Chardonnay
Wine Rating
93
A pronounced nose of nectarine and fig with cashew oak and reductive flint notes. The palate is defined by white stone fruits alongside understated lemon curd and spice from tight grain French oak. There is a mealy texture to finish with fig and nougat and enough citrus drive to keep things balanced. This is a classically styled Chardonnay that will be sure to enjoy its time in bottle.
