White peach and nougat with generous impact of new French oak that gives both almond meal and vanilla. The wine is built around a backbone of citrus acidity and mealy texture from time in oak and on lees that compliments driving nectarine that is joined by fig and a continuation of the nutty, brioche characters seen on the nose. The finish is long and balanced with the wine sure to enjoy medium term cellaring.
