2017 Goldman Wines Alpine Valleys Chardonnay
Wine Rating

91
Grapes were sourced from the Greenachres Vineyard with only 70 dozen produced, wild yeast fermented and aged in French Oak (30% new) for 10 months. Light yellow with worked stone fruits alongside fig on the nose along with a dusting of almond meal. The palate is supple and rich whilst retaining its structure through flint like acidity that works well with white peach and vanillin spice. The length is very good to finish.
