A nose of white peach and blanched almonds with a faint citrus thread. The palate has a tautness to white stone fruits that enjoys a gentle pull of oak induced spice and a nougat like richness. Acidity gives texture and dimension with a balanced finish of peach and brioche alongside some grapefruit like grip.
