A light yellow in the glass with a nose reminiscent of Chablis with crushed rock against piercing nectarine and background citrus.
The palate has lovely definition with stone fruits and a suggestion of fig and almond meal. There is a fullness of mouthfeel and texture that gives a savoury edge to the wine. Lingering stone fruits intertwined with lemon pith.
A wine that will greatly reward time.
