Review Detail

The wine was sourced from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, barrel fermented and lees stirring employed whilst in barrel. There are aromatics of white peach and fig with with a mealy savouriness on the nose. There is certainly a leaness to the wine in terms of racy acidity, but the texture of time on lees and in barrel gives richness and flow to the mid palate which has new season nectarine as its focus before the citrus driven finish that is crisp and precise. A textural wine that will show more with time in bottle.
