Straw yellow in colour with sour edged nectarine on the nose, the palate is refined and elegant with unripe peach and nectarine flavours, there is well proportioned spice in the mid to back palate that adds complexity and interest. The acidity is well balanced and more than sufficient to afford this wine 5 – 7 years in the cellar.
