A light yellow in colour, the nose shows sweet melon characters that are tempered by an undercurrent of citrus fruits.
The wine has lively acidity from start to finish; a sign of it's youth. The palate has rounded melon and drying spice. At this stage in it's development it lacks complexity on the mid to back palate that should develop with time.
