Review Detail
2003 Seppelt Jaluka Chardonnay
Wine Rating
94
Developed yellow in colour, the nose has layered, fig, melon and peach skin aromas.
The wine even though being 8 years old has a vibrancy that seems to be consistent across many of the Jaluka vintages, the palate has dense peach and a savoury firm structure that will keep on cellaring for another 4 - 6 years.
The spicy oak integration and richer buttery characters provide great interest on the long finish.
