Slightest yellow hue in colour, the nose is dominated by fig and peach skins with some slight butterscotch character.

The wine has savoury stone fruits, with underlying ripe fig. The oak treatment adds another dimension of spice and texture.

The mouthfeel is firm on the finish, with the 09 a wine that will cellar well.
