A lovely light red in colour with a nose of strawberry, red cherry and more sappy rhubarb influences. The colour and expressive red fruit aromatics showcase the influence of a delicate hand in the winery.

The palate provides an enjoyable interplay between lifted spice from tight grain French oak and more serious drying red cherry fruit. Tannins are superfine and give the wine a Pinot Nor like elegance with considerable length of bright but distinctively drying red fruits to finish.

Will age well over the medium term.
