Review Detail
2016 Curtis Limited Release Grenache
Wine Rating
93
Delicate light red in the glass, has an elegance to the nose with candied red cherry that enjoys the gentle input of oak derived spice. The wine is light on it’s feet and carries it’s alcohol well, the weave of french oak spice ties red cherry and plum fruits together with finely attuned tannins giving depth and dimension to finish.
Drinking well now and will reward some time in the cellar over the next few years.
