Review Detail

A light copper in colour with aromatics of poached strawberries and raspberry coolie. The palate has a great build of texture and fruit impact with generous red berry fruits taking on a touch of citrus and cherry pip like bitterness whilst still maintaining great flow. The finish sees wild strawberry intertwined with fresh lemon acidity and very good length.
