A decidedly dusty nose of blackcurrant, olive and cedary oak, the palate has a density of blackcurrant that is beyond most Margaret River Cabernets i have tasted, there is significant oak and olive inputs that underwrite this wines potential for extended cellaring.
The wine finishes with drying, fine tannins that are still primary with the slightest savoury secondary complexity starting to make it's mark.
