2014 Rob Hall New Cabernet

This is a pretty interesting wine, produced using carbonic maceration it's unlike any Cabernet you will have from the Valley, bristling with lively dark fruits and olive.

A youthful red in the glass, a nose that shows liquorice all sorts with some leafy varietal notes alongside blackberry fruits, it certainly gets your attention. There is the same initial vibrancy on the palate with blackcurrant and olive that loses some intensity towards the finish, but is still a very enjoyable drink.
