Blackcurrant, olive, cedar and milk chocolate on the nose show a well composed expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate is wrapped in fine, chocolate and graphite etched tannins with impact of black fruits and olive. The wine is varietal from start to finish, however after such an expressive nose the wine loses concentration across the palate and is drinking well now and over the next couple of years.
