2015 Credaro Kinship Cabernet Sauvignon

Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon continues to be one of the most consistent region and varietal combinations in Australia, this release from Credaro has all the hallmarks to be a long term cellaring proposition but at this point maintains an attractive youthfulness.

A dark red with purple hues toward the rim, the nose gives blackberry, crushed bay leaf and black olive. The palate is underwritten by drying, graphite like tannins that make the mouth pucker, however there is ample concentrated blackberry and mulberry fruit to counteract the wines more drying nature. The finish has some herbaceous notes to black fruits to finish, the length is impressive.
