A deep red in the glass, the wine includes the addition of a small amount of both Petit Verdot and Malbec.

The nose is varietal and regional, brimming with blackberry, touches of cassis and cocoa. The palate has structure and elegance beyond its price point with finely balanced tannins and well proportioned acidity ensuring a medium term cellaring proposition.

In terms of fruit there is generous plum, blackberry and mulberry fruit that meld with spicy french oak that leads to a finish that showcases drying dark fruits.
