The grapes were sourced from Padthaway and take on the characteristically floral red and black fruits on the nose with top notes of milk chocolate and some background brown spice. The palate is soft with a a berry compote meeting fresh pastry analogy working well if framing the wine like food. An enjoyable wine that is warm and cuddly from start to finish.
