Deep red in colour with bright blackberry and redcurrant aromatics that are lifted by earth and understated spice.
The palate is mouth filling with concentration of dark berry fruits, tannin is both drying and structural with enough acidity to keep things flowing. There is a Savoury nuance to finish with fruit given a lick of earth and the hallmark dusting of dark cocoa that comes fro the region. A wine that will age well.
