Lightish red in colour, the nose shows dark cherry and cinnamon, the palate has savoury raspberry and blueberry with briary fruit, the palate has good weight, persistent grippy tannins and wonderful acidity in the mid to back palate. High alcohol, but not overly evident on the finish
