Tasting
I was really impressed when i tasted this wine, as it's a blend that made the most of the 2011 vintage with a savoury twiggy element, but maintaining a structured and enjoyable mouth feel.
The wine is a medium red in the glass, the nose has restrained plum and a background of liquorice all sorts. The palate is primary fruited with peppery raspberry and structural wood spice. Tannins and acid are in proportion and accentuate the wines finish. A good value wine.
