2015 Yarra Yering Dry Red No.3

The Dry Red No.3 is a blend of Portuguese varieties that includes 44% Touriga Naçional, 31% Tinta Cão, 10% Tinta Roriz, 8% Tinta Amarela, 6% Alvarelhão & 1% Sousão. The wine gives an inky, dark colour in the glass with the nose showing juicy and primary red berry fruit with attractive floral notes. The palate has a firm backbone of tannin that contrasts and gives direction to vibrant black and red fruit with a touch of spice and cocoa. Attractive and pretty now, this will grow and evolve in the bottle.
