2022 Bethany First Village Rose

A blend of Grenache (59%), Mataro (23%), Cinsault (15%) and Riesling (3%), the grapes were sourced from the Barossa Valley with the wine gives a pretty pink to salmon colour in the glass. The nose is a vibrant mix of red cherry and strawberry fruit with an enjoyably floral lift to it. The palate shows a wine that has immediate appeal and curves in all the right places, it is mouth filling and vibrant with red berry fruits but at no point cloying with fine lines of acidity and a green herb like twist giving texture and flow. To finish there is grip of ripe grapefruit that readies the mouth for another sip.
