If you take one look around Morilla estate and the surrounds that include the internationally acclaimed Mona gallery it's obvious to see that no expense is spared, in terms of vineyards they are picture perfect, and it's obvious that similar care and attention went into the wonderfully crafted 2010 Pinot Noir.
In terms of colour it is medium red in the glass with the nose a mix of rich cherry and strawberry fruits that are backed by more savoury oak and forrest floor aromas.
The palate unravels to show layer and layer of complexity ranging from dark cherry to spicy vanillin oak and more savoury stem characters, there is framing acid throughout that along with taut tannins ensures medium term cellaring potential.
