This was a tough wine for me to get into, Adelaide Hills is often a different expression of the Pinot Noir variety, however in this instance the wines constituent parts haven't quite come together yet.
The nose is slightly oxidative with confected liquorice and plum, the palate is lean with drying tannins and piquant acidity alongside dusty red fruits. It's hard to know where this wine is going, but i would give it a couple of years to settle down and fill out.
