2013 Handpicked Wines Yarra Valley Pinot Noir

Looking good after a few years in bottle with varietal dark cherry given a sappy and herbaceous edge on the nose, a medium to full bodied wine that carries it's weight effortlessly.

There is a backbone of drying tannin and earthen spice with expansive dark cherry and plum fruit. The finish has tightly bound dark fruits with grip and texture and just enough spice to counteract the wines more drying components.

This wine will continue to evolve and gain complexity through to it's 10th birthday
