Jack Rabbit has one of the most striking vineyard sites in Victoria, overlooking the bay in the Bellarine Peninsula. The vineyard produces a number of varieties, with the Pinot Noir the highlight.
The wine is a light to medium red in the glass, the nose is attractive and aromatic with spicy red cherry and sappy undertones.
The palate is medium to full bodied in Pinot Noir spectrum with bright acidity spicy French oak inputs that add layers to the pristine dark cherry fruits. There is expansive length to finish, with the wine having the structure to reward medium term cellaring.
