Tasting
Australian Pinot Noir doesn't get much better than this. A consistently good producer of Pinot Noir, the 2013 Paringa release is impeccable and should be considered a benchmark for Australian Pinot Noir.
A medium red hue in the glass, the nose is hauntingly complex and bristles with charry new oak, defined spice, attractive red cherry and a savoury twist.
Supple layers of cherry and plum are set against tight grained french oak and brown baking spices, the wines acidity is mineral and pure. The length is truly something special.
Note: This wine was tasted pre-release
