2014 Tokar Estate Pinot Noir

Tokar Estate are doing some good things with Pinot Noir at the moment, adept winemaking with an increased use of quality French oak and whole bunch has helped to make the most of some exceptional fruit from the small but high quality 2014 vintage.

The wine embraces it's whole bunch inputs with a savoury edge to concentrated dark cherry fruits on the nose, the palate evolves with dark cherry tempered by wood spice and gentle forrest floor characters that lead to a complete and complex finish with flashes of youthful exuberance.

Time will be kind to this wine.
