2015 Noisy Ritual Geelong Pinot Noir

A great colour in the glass, a light red that suggests minimal extraction which is confirmed by the bright and floral red cherry on the nose, but don't be fooled there is background notes of forrest floor on the nose that are a sign of things to come.

This is a wine you want to keep coming back to, it's initially quite pretty with delicate red fruits and racy acidity, but gets and earthy aspect across the journey. The tannins are very fine but give enough to contrast the fruit and allow this wine to be a short to medium term cellaring proposition.

The finish lingers with cherry fruit.
