Blanc de Noir refers to a sparkling wine made from only the Pinot Noir grape, with this release made from fruit sourced from the Straws Lane vineyard that has been managed by Hesket Estate for a number of years. The wine was only disgorged this year after time on lees in bottle.
A beautifully made wine that enjoys wild strawberry, oyster shell and understated citrus tones on the nose; the palate has a fine bead with flowing acidity that is integrated with just ripe stone fruits, touch of strawberry and lifted brioche that adds richness to finish.
