A pretty red hue in the glass with a nose that combines some sweet spice and brambly dark cherry fruit.
The palate is firm, but nicely formed with a density of cherry fruit and tautness of acidity that you would expect from a young WA Pinot, however the subtle complexity on the nose suggests this will evolve with time.
Then finish has an enjoyable snappiness to rhubarb and dark cherry with a dusting of vanillin spice a classy final note.
