This the first planting of the clone in the Adelaide Hills with 30% whole bunch in the ferment and aged in older oak, the wine is all about it's fruit derived spice and savoury nuance.
A light but pretty red in the glass with whole bunch that is immediately evident on the nose with a smokiness to red cherry, earth and rhubarb. The wine is light on its feet and builds in complexity as all good Pinot should, cherry gives way to rhubarb and undergrowth before fine tannins frame the finish.
