A light red with some purple hues, a touch reductive initially but opens up with fresh herb and earth alongside cranberry and cherry fruit.
The palate is framed by crunchy red cherry with sage and undergrowth giving contrast. Tannins are taut and structural, giving the wine length and focus. There will be some bottle development over the next couple of years and as always this is a bargain Pinot Noir.
