A vibrant red in the glass, the nose is initially reductive with red cherry and strawberry having some cedary top notes. The wine has a sweet and sour like composition with red berry fruits pitted against a taut and drying lines of acidity and tannin. There is some rhubarb and earth to finish, but at this point the acidity is too much for the fruit.
