Made exclusively with the 777 clone, with 30% whole bunch and 70% de-stemmed fruit fermented and then aged in oak for 10 months.
A light red in colour with forrest floor spice on the nose alongside black cherry and bracken. Sour edged black cherry with brown spice and black tea supported by wood smoke before super fine tannins combine well with the piercing acidity.
A pure and textural representation of Pinot Noir on the more austere side but with such definition and drive.
