There were 39% whole bunches and the wine was aged in one year old French oak before bottling.
 
The nose sees the fragrant and spicy lift of whole bunches with cherry fruit in the background. The palate shows a medium bodied wine with plenty of varietal appeal that is focused on black cherry that works well against an earthen baseline of tannin and acidity that is well balanced. A touch of cinnamon like spice and drying red fruits to close.
