The wine is predominantly Pinot Noir (72%) with the balance Chardonnay. 84% of the base wine was from 2016 with 16% made up of reserve wines from previous years. A lovely fine bead with a nose that showcases the impact of Pinot Noir with strawerry and toffee apple.
The palate has since vibrancy of fruit with wild strawberry melding with a stone fruits and a faint citrus touch. There is understated brioche that doesn't detract from the pristine fruit. The finish is seamless and the length excellent.
