2024 Disgorge

A light yellow in the glass with fresh strawberry, a hint of citrus. The palate has drive of mineral lemon with red apple and a faint bitterness. Citrus dominates the finish with a fullness of mouth feel. Good value.

2023 Disgorge (89 Points)

A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir that was produced using traditional bottle fermentation and is a great value option for the price. The nose has lifted peach and citrus with some sweetness in the form of strawberry alongside subtle brioche notes. There is a fine bead to the wine with plenty of primary fruit in the from of white peach before baked green apple and fine lines of citrus give depth to finish.
