Deep red in colour, the nose has rustic wild ferment induced blackcurrant and olive aromas, the palate is dark fruited and takes time to fully express the dense fruit, fine bracing tannins and charry oak. The wine has excellent length on the finish with blackcurrant and olive combining with drying tannins to linger in the mouth.
