A dark impenetrable hue in the glass , the nose is powerful and rich with a subtle elegance. There are lashings of high quality vanillin oak , concentrated plum fruit, with slight cedary notes the element that ties everything together.
The wine has waves of dark berry fruit that slowly wash over the palate. The fruit is supported by high quality oak integration, and built around a core of bracing ripe tannins. The length is superb and shows great focus.
A wonderful example of high end Barrossa Shiraz displaying power and finesse.
