Inky red to purple in colour, the nose has dense blackberry fruit, the palate continues in the same vein with blackberry providing the backbone from which spicy pepper, riper plum and structure building tannins evolve. The oak is supportive and provides A subtle vanillin lift.
The wine had good length of concentrated dark berries and needs time before it will be at it's best.
