Deep dark red in colour with dense plum and understated oak on the nose.
The palate is tightly coiled with dark berries , tight oak and very fine tannins , this is a wine that tastes as if it was bottled a year ago, and even though showing well now it needs a good decade in the cellar to unfurl.
The wine finishes with drying dark berry fruit and raisined spices.
