Deep red in colour, as with all the Shiraz in the peregrine stable the nose has luxurious oak inputs that in this instance are tempered by spicy plum fruit.
The dark fruits on the palate are ripe and mouth filling, with firm tannins, framing acidity and tight grained oak delivering wonderful flavours and underwriting cellaring potential.
