A very deep red in colour, the palate has an elegant combination of blackberry and plum on the nose that leads to a dark fruited palate that is laced with licorice and spicy french oak characters.
The tannins are fine and supple in the mouth with good depth of blackberry on the finish and a dash of white pepper.
