This wine is made in typical By Farr style with a sense of presence and structure that is informed by whole bunch and top quality Geelong fruit.
On the nose there is lifted red cherry and plum, smokey stem and sweeter spice. There are bright cherry fruits on entry that evolve into a peacocks tail of stem and spice, there is a slight sappiness gives texture. Savoury, yet fully integrated tannins provide contrast on the long finish with dark cherry and clove spice shining through.
